Terms and Conditions

• It is up to the purchaser to try and vet the horse and Miles of Horses will not be held responsible for any injuries etc that result from trying a horse to any party and/or animals involved.

• It is the owner/sellers responsibility to arrange payment of the horse or item to be sold and ensure that the payment is received in full before they part with the goods.

• Photos cannot be returned unless accompanied by SAE with correct postage for return.  Miles of Horses will not be held responsible for any photos/videos lost or damaged in the post.

• By placing your advert and photo(s) online at Miles of Horses you, the seller/advertiser accept responsibility for it's legal use.

• Should there be a complaint from a photographer regarding copyright this will be forwarded to the relevant seller/advertiser, who will be responsible for any costs involved.

• Please let use know if you sell your horse before 12 weeks as we can remove your advert to save you getting unwanted phone calls.

• Adverts will be placed on the website for 12 weeks unless otherwise instructed,  If after 6 weeks you would like advertise further, please contact us.

• Miles of Horses cannot give warranty as to correct details of horses or other items advertised.

• The owner / seller is responsible for declaring any known vice.  If paying by cheque we must receive the payment in full before we can place your advert,  even when you have sent details by email.

• Please inform us of any change to personal or horse details to ensure to get maximum benefit from your ad.

• Miles of Horses may change wording of adverts slightly.
